Evan Gamble

Evan has been active in the Real Estate industry since 2014, specializing in collegiate student housing along the East Coast, partnering with numerous renowned universities. During his tenure, Evan managed properties five properties that earned the distinction of J-Turner's "Top 100 Apartments" award, a recognition drawn from a pool of 91,000 competing apartment complexes.

Following the COVID-19 Pandemic, Evan transition into the commercial sector, providing property management oversight for marquee Rhode Island businesses, non-profits, universities and investors as the VP of Operations at Marsella Properties. In 2024, Evan joined the Slocum Home Team full-time after realizing he'd prefer helping people curate their dream home, rather than continue a career of corporate property management.

Evan's extensive experience in the real estate sector allows him to serve a wide range of clients. Evan is excited to guide his clients through their real estate journey with the expertise and tools needed for success.

Evan currently resides in Pawtucket, RI with his dog, Ronin. In his free time, he enjoys an active lifestyle, surfing off the Point Judith Lighthouse, snowboarding in Vermont and running on local trails with his dog. He is a graduate of Elon University and is originally from Hockessin, DE.
